His Sock

This is "His Sock."

Searching high and low for a sock that husband will wear. After a few, "That's not bad," and "Umm, well" responses, I designed my own.

"He" is thrilled. Two hanks of Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock in color Jeans (although their color camouflage is another great choice).
"His Sock" is sized for men's shoes sizes 10+. Sadly the sock is pictured on my women's size 6.5 foot. We'll get a picture with an actual guy foot soon.

"His Sock" is our May Sock of the Month. Of course we have the yarn and the pattern. Knit it with us, and make some guy you know pretty darn happy.

March Sock of The Month

This is Jaywalker. An amazing sock pattern from Grumperina. You know all about my Odessa hat -- also by Grumperina -- so you know how we at Unwind adore her patterns. Jaywalker is Unwind's Sock of the Month for March 2006. You'll use one hank of Cherry Tree Hill's (words cannot describe the beauty) Supersock. February's Sock of the Month

This is Thuja.  It's Unwind's Sock of the Month for February!  It works as a great house or clog sock for men or women.  And best yet, it's made from three skeins of ArtYarns Supermerino -- so soft, washable and amazing colorways,  This is a great pair if you're just getting started knitting socks -- the simple pattern stitch just repeats and repeats in a soothing, meditative way.
